With an adjustable dumbbell, you can make the most of the breaks between exercises to rest and recover before the upcoming exercise.

You can set the weight of the dumbbells on one of five levels: 4.5 kg; 9 kg; 13.5 kg; 18 kg and 22.5 kg. The set includes a stand, thanks to which you can keep the weights in order.
