HMS UW04 handle

Features:

• UW04 HMS is a double handle designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It is used to train the back muscles, but also works out with half a barbell (the other half is based on the dance floor). The neck fits perfectly in the middle of the handle, allowing freedom to do the rowing exercise with half a barbell in the torso drop.
• The triangular construction of the handle is a guarantee of perfect hand positioning and forcing the correct movement during the exercise. The rubber handle provides a firm grip and prevents the utensil from slipping out of your hand, while requiring us to hold it stronger. Thanks to this, we are also working on developing forearm muscles. The not too wide spacing of the handle makes it easier to maintain the correct path of movement, i.e. keeping the elbows close to the body. Made of high quality steel allows you to train with a significant load.
